We’re fully equipped to help with both the common and uncommon problems affecting the ear, nose, or throat (ENT) in adults and children.

We offer comprehensive management for both snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

We can address all types of nasal and sinus problems. These symptoms may be caused by an allergy, structural blockages, chronic infection, or inflammation.

Chronic sinusitis or nasal tumors may be treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, a minimally invasive surgery that uses small 4mm telescopes to open up the sinuses through the nostrils.

Endoscopes are special fiber optic telescopes used to examine parts of the airway after topical anesthesia is sprayed into the airway.

For patients with nasal polyps or nasal tumors, additional sinus surgery may be required. However, this is not common.

Balloon sinuplasty is a special type of sinus surgery in which a small balloon is inserted into the individual sinus openings and dilated to make them larger. This procedure is performed in the operating room or in the office under local anesthesia.

The most common cause of snoring is due to fluttering of the soft palate (the soft part of the top of the mouth) and the uvula. This technique stiffens the soft palate to lessen snoring.

The nasal septum is a part of the nasal skeleton that separates the two sides of the nose. It may be deviated to one side or have a large ridge that obstructs nasal airflow. A septoplasty is performed in the operating room to straighten out the obstructing septum.

Allergy immunotherapy is a long-term treatment option designed to reduce or eliminate symptoms for many allergy patients.

Turbinates, the small ridge-shaped structures inside the nose, may be reduced in size by a turbinectomy performed in the office under local anesthesia.

TOPs Hearing and Balance Center is a full-service facility located within our practice that offers comprehensive hearing assessments as well as rehabilitation options including hearing aids.
